Why SR Training

At SR Training South West CIC we specialise in helping young people who have disengaged from mainstream education. We are based on a working farm providing a 200 acre "classroom" to stimulate, motivate and educate young people who are NEET (Not in education, employment or training) or who are at risk of becoming NEET, including young offenders, those with learning difficulties and those who are excluded from school.

We are registered to deliver City & Guilds qualifications in areas such as Horse Care, Animal Care, Agricultural Animals, Vehicle Maintenance, Basic Construction, Horticulture and Conservation and Employability Skills.

All our Young people work towards qualification. We are also aiming to improve their outlook on life, raise their ownaspirations, encouraging and rewarding positive behaviour and helping them believe in themselves, ultimately re-joining mainstream education or finding employment.

We have a highly motivated and dedicated team who specialise in working with difficult individuals and helping them make the best of thier lives.
